21. I watched their new conference this morning and they said
that they were going through the list of signing statements to see just who could bring a case, who the injured part would be. They said that so far, it appears that Congress would have to press the case because it appears that their constitutional rights were being infringed with these statements. In other words, if blivet** outright vetoed a law, they could have recourse to vote on the veto and bring the bill back over the executive objections, rework it to address any constitutional objections brought by the executive, or draft new legislation adapting some of the ideas in the original and leaving the questionable portions out completely. The signing statements keep them from exercising those options because often they aren't even told what the statements purposes are.

Pressure your Reps and Senators into bringing charges. That seems to be the only way to do it and win.
