Poll question: Did Israel "help" create Hezbollah by invading Lebanon in 1982?

If you would like to rephrase the question please do so, and I will rephrase it to be more accurate (that is if you take issue with it.) Please explain the reasons why you find the question improper in its' current form. (That is if you take issue with it.)
