Democratic Convention: Give it to Minnesota (Twin Cities)...

Minnesota has been the single MOST loyal Democratic state in Presidential elections over the last 34 years.

It is the only state to resist the Reagan onslaught in 1980 and 1984...and is the ONLY state to go Democratic in every Presidential election starting in 1976.

Minnesota is trending Purple along with a good chunk of the upper midwest...

It is time that loyalty is rewarded and at the same time help shore up the upper midwest...

I know New York and Denver are also being considered. Seems like New York has had it enough recently...and although Denver is an intriguing choice, getting Colorado will avail us nothing if we lose our hold on Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa etc (we already lost Iowa last time)
