Combat boots and blue/grey camo on ships! What are they hiding from? The chief?

Do they realize the Battle of Midway was fought in dress whites? AND we won?

If you fell overboard, how long would it take to remove combat boots before they drowned you? How will you be found in digital/water camo?

Why do they think placing people who work in engineering spaces and ships offices in the same uniform makes sense?

Do people join the navy to wear combat fatigues on a ship?
