18. Wasn't the main gist, though,
that he was doing this to keep his ex-wife from getting the property? Something about 'you will now have gone from being a gold-digger to digging in the ashes'.

He may have had a lot of other rambles...a lot of them political...but he blew up the building simply as a slap at his ex-wife and the divorce court who was about to give it to her.
