At that moment we witnessed the grief of a woman who had lost her soulmate -- that was genuine. Nancy loved Ronnie more than even her own children.

The Republican hagiography -- revolting. The Reagan record -- as governor and president -- abominable. Nancy as First Lady -- sometimes silly and vain, but she was the wife, not the office-holder.

Let grieving families alone to grieve in their own way. Including Kenny-boy Lay's family.
