12. Don't thinks so. But some of the Spooks (or Spook abusers) were!
I do recall talk of CARNIVORE back in the Clinton years.

Face it, the folks who managed the coup did not just work in 2000. This power grab has been in the works since 80s. That's when laws about communication network ownership started getting loosened up. They learned from the problems they had in the Nixon era and knew they HAD TO CONTROL media this time around. Fortunately, they were slow to realize the impact of the internets!

Clinton slowed down their planned march over us. THAT is why they were so pissed at him. He threw monkey wrenches into their machinery. There were plenty of neocons entrenched in government making his life hell. They were getting on with their plans. Think about all the hate radio and RW pundits that came into spotlight during the Clinton years. That media ownership thing really helped them ratchet up emotions for a lot of the masses. They did a lot of brainwashing of the people during the Clinton years. Ever ask a Clinton hater just what it is about Bill they are so rabidly opposed to? They can't tell you. They are just trained dogs responding to stimulus.

The neocons/PNACers were all working during Clinton's years. All working on the corporate takeover of AMERICA and the world.
