25. I agree , there is a shortage and more
Each of the two post offices I went to had two workers and they do have longer hours now .

I will place alot of the blame on the public , most of the people in line came in completely unprepared , they wanted to ship something and decide to get a box and labels and all the shit they should have done at home , then they climb up to the counter and ask for tape and more shit . Now if they had the brains to get these things and ready the package then things would flow a lot better for sure . I would say two people had things ready . One that did had 50 yellow envelopes with a paper slip on each that had to be pulled out and stamped and this fellow and his friend stood there talking about the soccer games to the counter person . This I don't get , put a sign at the door , do not enter with un boxed half assed garbage , go home and come back when you are ready , or you can stand in the stupid line and get charged and we will pack it for you . And shut off the cell phone , no one wants to hear your personal hygiene issues .
