If we leave before the job is done, civil war will result,

There already is a civil war, and has been for at least the last year. How much more has to happen before people will admit it?

Iran will get involved,

Again, already happening. Iran's leader (whose name I cannot pronounce) is traveling to Iraq this week.

the Mideast will become a solid Islamic state under Sharia law

Iraq is an Islamic state under Sharia law, far more so than it ever was under Saddam Hussein. Also, our "friends" in Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Kuwait are also Islamic dictatorships.

and Israel will disappear.

Israel is quite capable of defendeing itself. There is no obligation under the US Constitution for the US to defend other countries.

Iran will be clear to continue its nuclear program.

Again, already happening. And the writer just says "nuclear program", as if that is supposed to scare us. All countries have the right to use nuclear energy for peaceful purposes. There is no evidence that Iran is building nuclear weapons of any sort.
