One who is anti-conspiracy theory to the point that they claim any new sliver of evidence on any issue is part of a conspiracy theory.

Some of those so-called CT's have come to light. Sure there are a lot of weird theories, but that doesn't mean there aren't some that will come to light as true eventually.
