WilliamPitt, in that endless, rambling, repetitive post, where you told your version of your career at DU, you did not once mention the absolutely reprehensible thing you did during Andy Stephenson's last days. You, not once, but twice, started an absolute shitstorm here by casting aspersions on Andy's illness, honesty and even intimated that you thought he might be scamming.

The man you called "brother". For some reason, you will still allowed to eulogize him, and I'm amazed that you had the gall to do so after what you did. Despicable.

No matter what you write, no matter how many books you produce, no matter how many DUers think that you crap lilies, I will never be able to forget what you did at that time. You lost any esteem I had for you at that moment, and you've never done anything since to earn it back.

As another longtime DUer said at the time you started those two threads that hurt a dying man so terribly, it's all about you, WilliamPitt. When the attention is directed elsewhere, you just have to draw it back to yourself, don't you? Grandstanding should be your middle name.
