As a wife who was cheated on, let me tell you, the pain of having your balls ripped off MAY compare to the heartache of both being lied to and losing trust in the person you vowed to spend your life with, faithfully. But I don't know.

Why do people attribute more concern toward the physical pain than the mental pain (and, no, I'm not justifying her alleged attack. I'm just wondering why having his balls ripped off is worse than what he allegedly did. It's all very painful).
