I don't KNOW that illegals don't care for our culture. It just seemed to be 'strongly inferred' by the many Mexican flags and the signs like 'go back to Europe, HONKY!' seen at protests against border security (and that last sign was from a local protest).

I don't think that all of those people developed a great love for America overnight, and thus started flying the red, white, and blue for the more recent 'Day Without an Immigrant.' They just heard all the bad press from flying the Mexican flag from before.

In the town I work at, doctors and pharmacists have the unenviable tasks of trying to treat immigrant patients that barely know a WORD of English! For crying out loud, if you want to function in a society, you need to at LEAST be able to speak the language!

If illegal aliens are hurt by being called that, I wonder if Americans who visit foreign lands and b!tch about not having everything written in English are hurt by what the locals call them?

So, sorry if I come across as 'mean.' In the grand scheme of things, where jobs are being taken, and money is being made by American companies that ignore American law, and LEGAL immigrants are getting screwed by these line-jumpers...

...I don't care if the feelings of an illegal alien OR an undocumented worker are hurt!
