North Dakota is the only state in the country that does not require voter registration.

In order to vote in North Dakota, you must be:
  • A U.S. citizen.
  • At least 18 years old on the day of an election.
  • A legal North Dakota resident.
  • A resident in the precinct for 30 days preceding the election.

:graybox: Constitutional Measure 1 relating to the definition of this state's militia.
   This measure defines reserve and active militia and removes obsolete language
   in regard to age and gender in the reserve militia and removes residency requirements
   for membership in the active militia that is defined by the National Guard of
   North Dakota.

   This measure removes outdated or unnecessary provisions in the Constitution
   of North Dakota relating to business corporations and authorizes legislative assembly
   to provide by law for regulation of corporations.

:graybox: Constitutional Measure 1 relating to distributions from the common schools trust fund.
   This measure requires that permanent trust funds by managed to preserve their
   purchasing power, to provide stable distributions to fund beneficiaries,
