I think the advice to get yourself checked out again is good because that is a lot of weight to gain in such a short time, especially if you haven't altered your eating that much. From what I've read, thyroid problems are not always that easy to diagnose. The tests may show everything is all right, yet you may still have a problem.

If I learned anything the last time I lost weight, it was to have patience. You really have to accept your eating plan as a "plan for life," which is why it's important for it to be doing something healthy and reasonable; none of us can follow one of those extreme "fad" diets forever.
