I've tried many times. My longest quit was 3 months and that was many years ago. My last quit was Dec 2004 and it lasted about 8 weeks. I hate quiting, hate it hate it hateit. But I can't breathe. Well, not as well as I could. And I hate smoking. I've kept it down to eight a day for 10 months, but the number is going up higher and higher now. Soon I'll be smoking a pack & a half again. My husband says I'm coughing again.
 Anyone ready to try again? Maybe buddying up a bit would help? |
