22. It sounds to me like that shooting schedule would be fine
I just wanted to mention the possibility of pushing the contest, in case you felt overwhelmed with doing the contest and the holiday prep at the same time. DU also tends to get very quiet in the later half of December, because people are away.
You could post the question to see if the group feels strongly one way or another.
Also, don't get freaked out. The contests are not as hard as they first look. You'll do fine!
