Snape! I think Dumbledore left Snape as secret keeper to the Order.
This is a completely viable situation when one considers that Snape is such a powerful Occlumens ( able to block the mental probes of even Voldemort). In fact, Snape is so accomplished as an Occlumens that Dumbledore wanted him to train Harry to block the psychic/mental probes of Voldemort as well. Snape would be able to keep the secret perfectly, hiding all of the Order's secrets even from the Dark Lord himself.
I also believe that there is pensieve information left behind about everything. I think we will see this in book seven.
