27. oh yeah, big-time

Wisconsin people "look down" on Illinois people, especially when they come up and drive on our freeways and use our vacation spots, because "they ain't got any of their own-haha!" And when we go down there, we are irked that you have to actually PAY to drive on their tollroads. All roads in Wisconsin are free.
So yeah it's stuff like that. We can also tell an Illinois accent from a Wisconsin one, believe it or not!

WildEyedLiberal and Withywindle can probably give you the other side of the argument!
