Of course, Indian newspapers are happy about that, but I am not sure we should claim that around and I would hope it is not what Kerry meant.

But I would agree with the obvious: outsourcing is not the cause of the problem, it is the consequence. The cause is that the companies are not better corporate citizens of his country.
