The NG can't do anything until the dam actually breaks? Is that what Sen Kerry and Teddy are fighting? So proud of Teddy, BTW. I think he would try to hold back the water himself if that dam broke. Any good stuff about the rescue attempt the other day? I saw very little except on CNN.
