hot flashes and wild mood swings-I got MEAN (normally I am very laid back and hard to rustle into a confrontation), finally, a vicious case of acne. After trying it all I have settled into a comfortable routine using a bio-identical patch and I will SWEAR by Pro-Active Solution for the acne. I am 45 now and haven't gone that magic year without a period but life is much less uncomfortable now. If I would get off of my ass and DO something like I used to (a former gym rat) I am sure the extra weight would go away so not sure I can blame that entirely on the change. I can't remember how I am handling the memory loss.
