Yes, that's really the name. Read the site and you'll get the concept. We bought the little case first, and we liked it; we bought a year's supply about 2 months ago. Very easy on the sewer and the body both.

As for napkins and towels, we use cloth. None of my kitchen towels get washed in anything that isn't food safe; we use Eco or similar soap and no softener on kitchen stuff (dry climate, we must use softener for other things). We buy the big flour-sacking towels at the farm co-op out on the plains for $3 for 5 towels. They last a long time and work really well, and the washing is something I'm doing anyway.

Napkins I tend to get either on clearance at some big-box (and they clearance them all the time) or used and washed at thrift stores. (We also use handkerchiefs, but then again, everyone knows we're strange.)
