That made me think it's highly contagious. They wore gowns, masks and gloves. They told me to clean the toilet seat with wipes that contain bleach after each use and to keep my hands clean.

They put me on metronidazole for 10 days. I have to see my doctor in 14 days for a culture. If it's still there, I get the big gun - Vancomycin. They also gave me a powder to mix with juice to stop the diarrhea, which worked really well.

The Dr. told me it's deadly and kills, tends to come back in a month or so. He told me to take FlorAstor after any other antibiotics to avoid it again.

I am feeling much better, though. The cramps went away after the second dose. They were awful. I'm still running a temp at night, though.
