Our bank contacted us with an offer of a hardship forbearance to keep us from going under for 6 months. We haven't heard back from them as to the start date of the relief. If the forbearance is backdated to November 2008 we still have problems.
We are meeting with HUD on 2/24. They want to help us stay in our home.

We are trying to stay positive while we work this out.

It looks as if Jon will become eligible for medicare within the next few months. He is 58 and became disabled last Fall. It just takes time and perseverance. I'm pushing through the paperwork as quickly as possible.

Meanwhile ~ my new business adventure is now insured for $1,000,000 and ready to roll. I've sent out faxes and letters, now I'm waiting for the phone to ring, the fax to print or an email asking me to meet an oversize load needing an escort.
