but it has been recommended that I do so by my accupuncturist. He lent me the book called The Liver and Gallbladder Miracle Cleanse by Andreas Moritz as its quite specific on how it should be done safely as you describe with the apple juice, lemon, olive oil and epsom salts. Until I have the time to do it, I periodically take a herbal preparation which keeps the pain under control. Unfortunately I can't tell you what is in it however I think its pretty standard chinese medicine if you know of a practitioner you can trust in this time of distrust for all things Chinese, it may be an option for you. It has certainly worked for me. I suffered with what I thought was chronic back pain, had been through every type of doctor and therapist over 15 years until I found this wonderful magic man who got rid of the pain by treating my gall bladder.
