One of its uses is for the alleviation of deep exhaustion. I've been using a big, gigantic 3 lb. chunk of it for a week now and I think it's finally helping (if that tells you how bad off I was when I got a hold of some). Good stuff. To clarify, in addition to dealing with the stress of this part of the Ascension process, (which for me has been quite painful and draining at times) I am working a job in a warehouse which requires a lot of physical labor, and running around a small farm taking care of six cats and a dog. Plus, I'm trying to keep enough energy in reserve to volunteer for the Democrats and write a novel. And I really think the rock is helping me maintain some strength. Which I need. So, to those of you struggling as much as I am with this fall's challenges: go scoop up some Tiger Iron. It's tasty.
