68. try clearing your third chakra
It's over your navel, approximately. With your hand (palm) above the area, slowly "unscrew" (that is the motion) and remove all negative entities, blockages, hexes and any type of negative emotion. Do that for about one minute (using your intention). Then, for two minutes, "screw" in positive energy, self esteem, and the color yellow.

You also might want to go somewhat lighter on salt. Also, you can try clearing salt. Hold some in your hand, on your third chakra. With your other hand, make the hand symbol for love and gratitude. It's sign language. You can find a picture of it through Google. Basically it is like U of Texas Hook'em Horns but with the thumb stuck out to the side.

Then say, "Even though I may have had trouble processing salt, I now accept the energy of salt, with love and gratitude." Put the hand with the symbol on your third chakra over the hand with the salt in it.

Repeat every three hours while you are awake during the day.

This actually *could* work, and it doesn't cost a thing to try.

Obviously this does not take the place of medical intervention.
