corporatethink vs. new paradigm

I finish my certification in HR mgmt this month,

and I haven't seen any jobs around here...(2 possibles, but one is over the mtn in carson and would not make up for the commute or snow driving in salary, and the other is over the mtn too, and I don't know the pay rate and is only 20 hrs a week..)

Now, I DO understand that the market is really bad right now, but I also have a problem with what I will do FOR a job...

I am really fed up with employers acting like you should be so grateful for them demeaning your humanity and stripping you of your bodily fluids and making sure you sign off any other rights before you even GET to the damn interview.
I'm pissed that a resume with over 15 years of experience isn't enough and they say that "any lapses of more than 60 days in employment MUST have written explanation" - AYFKM?
I hate the fact tht I need to make at least $17-20 per hour to support my children and be a single mom, and even THAT is cutting it close...but I should be 'happy' that I could even get offered $11(and rarely $12) just to start?

My mom says I have to learn to suck it up and be a team player because I have been bucking authority since I was a child and it doesn't help one "get ahead" in life...and yet this is exactly the attitude that keeps all the sheeple in line...

when is this paradigm going to change?

I have plenty of enlightened "projects" and people I would love to create and work with..BUT none of them have really mnaifested to the point of making money. I have pet projects that I think I could get off the ground with the right partners to help with some of the nuts & bolts. I would love to work in an industry that affects people...or heals the earth...

when is it going to HAPPEN? and :wtf: am I supposed to be DO-ing?

I don't wanna be in the place of dependence anymore, people... I just don't. At the same time I have grown accustomed to calling my own shots with freelancing and I don't know how to kow-tow very well. Not to mention my 'professionalism' is a little rusty, as is my language!

...just feeling useless and like a frustrated artist today. why doesn't anyone UNDERSTAND me...???:violin:
does anyone here get my drift?
