We catch our lobsters and keep them in our specially designed refrigerated tanks (this allows the lobsters to remain in their natural cool habitat). Every lobster you order from www.TheLobsterGuy.com will be shipped "ice cold" in styrofoam containers with icy cold gel packs. If you decide not to cook your lobsters upon arrival, they will be fine stored in your refrigerator overnight...BE SURE TO KEEP THEM COLD AND DRY and DO NOT IMMERSE THE LOBSTERS IN ANY KIND OF WATER! REMEMBER,COLD AND DRY!
