We'll see how she cuts and tastes in about 3 hours or so. I forgot that I didn't have tapioca and used corn starch mixed in with the sugar for the filling. Also used the Jungle organic palm shortening in the crust in place of regular shortening.
I'm such a terrible crimper.   Edited to add: I just vented with a knife rather than use the biscuit cutter method from ATK because the crust dough was pretty soft. |
