3. Smoothie for lunch, smoothie for breakfast....
Mangoes, yogurt, juice and whatever other fruit we have in the house (and a scoop of fiber powder... :eyes: )... My blender is working serious overtime this week.

This week has been the first week in the decade I've lived up here that I really felt like I lived in the Midwest (which I technically do). It's great for tomatoes and zucchini (I've had several 5+ pounders that were not bread quality) but not so good for the humans.
