If I want this sort of chopped-up, low-protein, veggie-only burger, I find the Don Lee Farms ones (Costco carries them) to be far superior. They fry up really nicely and they're not bad baked in the oven, either.
OT: I didn't realize at first you had bumped an old post, so when I read the replies to the thread I thought LeftyMom was back posting at DU again.  |
