8. i feel trapped already, let me explain
i moved to france because i fell in love with a french woman, we married and had a child then she asked for divorce. i want joint custody in the childs best interest, a 50 50 split. i agree to live in france, far from my family and friends in chicago, all i ask is that she agree, for the next 15 years, to remain in the same area, which she can because she has a job she can only lose if she does something sick like beating or mollesting a student so this is realistic. i left my family, my friends, my career, my dog and my pickup 8 years ago to come here and am willing to stay here and not go back to all that so that my daughter has her father in her life. if the woman wants to leave i think she should leave me our daughter as it would be her move that would make joint custody impossible.
