Mother didn't gain enough weight to sustain the pregnancy (she had "fat" issues and is anorexic anyway.)

I'm tired of women getting picked on. I don't believe the definitions of obese are fair, accurate or useful, especially for women. There's a cultural bias as bad as the Victorian era, and the researchers are just as blind to it.
