15. Yes, that may be so--but the OP is about the lawsuit, and the lawsuit
will, like it or not, play a role in future distribution of the vaccine, if indeed plaintiff prevails and it is upheld on appeal. That will embolden others in other nations to take the same steps. Precedence might be set.

In any event, there will be medical testimony and it likely will include studies, doctor's diagnoses, and patient testimony.

You say "Lawsuits are a dime a dozen"--this is the first one I've heard about--class action or otherwise--against Gardasil. If there are others, how have they turned out?
