I hope I am wrong. I hope this passes. But I can't see a majority of politicians giving consent to a rule like this that dictates a mandatory policy even to private universities.

If it only applied to state schools then I could see this passing easily. But a law that applies to All Colleges and Universities is something else entirely. Private colleges and universities like their independence. Especially religious (Christian) colleges and universities.

I can see private schools lobbying very hard for their independence. I can see the religious schools lobbying as if their lives depended on it. And, I can predict politicians caving in. :(

This is one of those times when it would be very nice to be wrong.
