is going to be through the courts declaring such policies to be unconstitutional and an infringement of equal treatment under the law. Repealed laws can be passed again. Executive orders only last until the next President of the Republican party rescinds them. The solution is consitutional, and that's going to require federal court action. Until then, it will not be a permanent solution to the injustice.
