As a straight woman who sometimes gets brought along to various gay bars by gay friends, and who has never once felt less than completely welcome, I find the behavior this gentleman has had to ban absolutely appalling on several levels.

First, the idea behind bachelor/bachelorette parties, that one has "one last night of fun" before the drudgery of marriage is stupid. If you're not looking forward to being married, don't do it. And if you are, then don't stumble into it after one last night of getting drunk off your ass and fondling strangers. "Sanctity of marriage" and all that. Doing so in a room full of people WHO CAN'T FUCKING GET MARRIED makes you a WORLD CLASS ASSHOLE.

Second, because a gay bar is not the fucking zoo. If you go into any bar with the intention of staring and acting like an ass you're probably not welcome. If you do so in a place where marginalized people go to not feel marginalized, you should be tossed out on your ear.

Third, if roving bands of drunk straight women want to look at naked men, there are any number of strip clubs and stripper dispatch services that specialize in bachelorette parties. Many of them will hood you up with your penis cakes, cheap drinks, and other drunken idiot party needs.

Fourth, because most establishments have rules forbidding parties without reservations since they tend to crowd out the regulars, change staffing ratios, and since large groups generally have special pricing to make up for the fact that they generally undertip for the trouble they cause.
