I saw her ( Lois Weiner) speak two weeks ago in NYC.
She spoke to a minority caucus of the UFT here. Elsewhere ( Los Angeles, for example) she was invited to present to the entire union.
Seems like LA and Chicago unions are more open to a substantive analysis.
