67. I thought the school admitted it knew
there was a second rape - based on the police examination confirming anal tearing and bruising, etc. Wasn't the other boy moved to another school for "inappropriate behaviour"? And wasn't there OUTRAGE that the boy was moved to another school without letting that school know what he was capable of???

And from everything else I've read about the kid, he's AUTISTIC. Not high functioning. Not Aspie. Austistic.

Question - serious one. What is your training and background, exactly? Were you trained as a "special ed" teacher? Or a trained teacher who just happened to be placed in the sped classroom?

Oooooooooo - a TATTLER! Well, I guess you showed him, huh! Cause "tattlers" never ever tell the truth and any complaint they make can just - well - they can just damn well be ignored. No need to waste time and paperwork reporting anything a TATTLE says!!! Whether or not it comes under the auspices of the job - not to mention, moral - imperative to report. So now I'm a little confused - which was it, did he "tattle" or did he never report anything? Cause that seems a wee bit contradictory, doesn't it?

Libel. . . huh.. . Sad when a teacher doesn't understand basic definitions. I'm stating facts in evidence. I'm relating statistics. And I' stating MY OPINION of interpretation of facts in evidence. That is not "libel".
