I pin this on our depleted secondary, Hasselbeck (bobbling the snap on 4th and 1), and Holmgren (calling a lot of slow-developing plays in 3rd and short situations) in inverse order. I feel a little more optimistic about next year, though, especially since the Holmgren-era 'Hawks do better in odd-numbered seasons (The opposite of Star Trek movies, at least until Nemesis at #10 came and sucked nard).
