Week 3. A little business first...

This will be the last week newcomers will be eligible to make the top tier. To recap the rules one more time:

Starting from the beginning of the season, everybody gets two optional bye weeks up through Week 15. You can miss two weeks for whatever reason, though weeks 16 and 17 are mandatory.

New players starting Week 3 -- well, your bye weeks are already gone. Miss a week from here out and you'll placed in the second tier. Play less than 12 weeks and you'll be dropped altogether.

If you miss week 16 or 17 you'll be dropped to the second tier unless your week total is less than 12. If that happens, adios.

Pushes (ties) will not count in standings. If you have a problem making the deadline you can PM your picks to me in advance of me posting them (if pressed for time you can just tell me you'll take all the favorites, for example). We're using spreads published by http://www.footballlocks.com/nfl_point_spreads.shtml

Picks for Week 3 are due Sunday at 1:00 PM Eastern. Please remember to play all games. Please post in the order they are presented here -- it helps my job considerably. Good luck.
