and what other team(s) would you replace them with if you could? Remember, this is for football only, so I don't give a damn how well your girls' volleyball team does in your conference.
I'll go first with my conference. For example, in the Big 10 I would drop Indiana and pick up either Pitt, WV, ND, or Mizzou. (To keep the league centralized in the Midwest)
Suggestions for others: SEC: drop Vandy or KY, and pick up Clemson.
Big 12: drop Iowa State and Baylor, pick up TCU/Nevada/Utah/Colo State.
Big East: Drop Syracuse, add Penn State, VA, VT, WV.
Pac 10 is a pretty even conference (historically), so no changes unless they wanted to add Boise/Utah.
ACC: Drop Duke, NC, NC State, pick up SC, UGA or UF.
