Sojourners is trying. Bishop Spong of the Episcopal church has been vocal against the hate this type spews as have many others. Barry Lynn of Americans United for Separation of Church and State is a minister as well as a lawyer. Sadly, we don't get the press that the Westboro hate-mongers get. It's supremely frustrating.
