39. Pakistan does not have the resourses to contain their crazies
On the other hand, some Haredim in Israel and some of our right-wing Christians here in the US would do similar things if they were given the chance.

In some countries the crazies can go out to burn down embassies if they feel insulted. However, it is pretty hard for our crazies to act this way here in the US given our resources to contain them.
