Then they really would have a complaint about suppressing their rights and they could and would and have used this as an excuse to attempt to supress the right of those that disagree with them. It seems more effective to argue with them on the merits since if this is allowed their case will fall apart eventually. It may be tedious but if records are kept it will work more effectively and we can say we did it the right way without worrying about them saying if you can do it so can we.
