3. How's that National (Un)Popular Vote (NPV) thing going?

Here's the plan:

1. Suppress the popular vote in the Red states;

2. Subvert the Electoral College by enacting NPV;

3. "Progressive" Blue states who sign up for NPV willingly give away their Electoral Votes based on results of the Red-state voter suppression (see #1 above);

4. Elect Republican Presidents.

This way, you don't even need computers to steal elections, but of course computers can HELP! Most of the popular vote is counted by a single private company (ES&S).
