The republicans in MN have ordered five recount lawyers from DC to hold everything up for three more months. The want to keep Phewlenty in so that the new congress which has a republican majority can cut everything and get Phewlenty to sign the bills. They know that Dayton will veto them and there isn't enough of a majority of republicans to override the veto. Isn't that as common as they get. Same way they knew Franken had won but didn't want him to take office so they held it up as long as they could.
