5. the problems are real, even the SBoE admits some problems
The NC SBoE admits to some problems and sent out a memo on Oct 20
recommending that all counties calibrate the machines day before voting begins.

With a 2 1/2 week early voting period, these machines get alot of use.

Voting systems are allowed to fail up to 9.2 hours a day and still
be federally certified.

Why is it hard to believe that voting machines flip votes?

Computer scientists have studied this and they believe.

Voters who've had it happen to them believe.
